Meet the Magicians Behind the Magic

Meet the Magicians Behind the Magic

At Bristol Magic Theatre, everything starts with three friends who love live magic, good humour, and creating something a bit different. Each brings their own style, but together they deliver a close-up magic show in Bristol that’s full of surprises, laughs, and moments to remember.

Si

With over 20 years of experience, Si has performed everywhere from the Magic Castle in Hollywood to renowned festivals in Adelaide, Edinburgh, and across the UK. His background spans corporate shows, weddings, theatre stages, and underground venues, and he brings confidence and clever tricks to every performance.

Gosia

Gosia is the creative force behind the space itself. Trained in visual arts in Poland, Germany, and at Bauhaus University in Weimar, she designs and shapes the entire visual world of BMT. From the furniture layout to the tiniest props, her eye for composition and atmosphere helps make every show feel cohesive and immersive. While she may not perform magic on stage, she brings the atmosphere that makes the magic feel real.

Sam King

Originally from Australia, Sam started out performing on the streets of Adelaide, where he learned to grab attention fast and keep people laughing. Since then, he’s taken his offbeat magic to over 16 countries and some of the world’s biggest festivals—including Edinburgh, Linz, and Adelaide Fringe—picking up awards like Best Magic (Adelaide Fringe 2024) and Australian Street Entertainment Champion. Sam’s style blends fast-paced comedy with surprising tricks and a healthy dose of absurdity.

Three Perspectives, One Experience

Together, Si, Sam, and Gosia combine their talents to deliver a close-up magic show unlike anything else in Bristol. Whether it’s mind reading, illusion, comedy, or atmosphere, every detail is crafted with care—and no two shows are ever quite the same.
